Are you passionate about helping children in child welfare?

Douglas County CASA, a child and family advocacy program serving our community for over 30 years, is seeking dedicated and compasionate individuals to join our Board of Directors.

We are looking for board members who are commmited to supporting chidlren who have experienced abuse and neglect. Board members help guide and govern our organization by sharing their time, skills, and leadership.

We are especially interested in expanding the diversity of our board in terms of: 

  • Gender and race (Black, Native American, Asian)
  • Lived experience (former child welfare-involved youth or caregiver)
  • Professional expertise (Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Development, and Fundraising)

We're also looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about promoting our mission within their personal and professional networks—helping us grow while ensuring strong and effective operations.
