Winds Across the Prairie is a beloved evening of beautiful music, gourmet food & gorgeous views that takes place at a different picturesque, private Douglas County setting each year and brings together the talented musicians of the KU Wind Ensemble with music-loving child advocacy sponsors and supporters. In 2023, sponsors, attendees and additional donors came together to raise over $150,000.00 to support critical advocacy for local children who have experienced abuse and neglect. We are all humbled by their compassion and generosity.
